WHO IS ALICE in 2013 ?
I'm a wife, mother of two and granny, great-granny. I'm not young but I'm not old yet either, I just feel old. Let's just say I'm at the right age. I can do what ever I want and go where ever I please, and yet still young enough to do it alone, if I choose to. I have more hobbies than I have room for. We now live in the country of Escambia County in North West Florida.
As I said my hobbies are numerous. I enjoy my computer, as I am sure you can tell by all my web pages. I also enjoy writing. My web site stories are for a quick fix of fun, my real writing passion is fiction. I am in the last stages of editing a book of mine called, "Autumn's Gold" and in the beginning of a sequel that starts out fifteen years later with the same characters that I have loved for many years now. When the book is finished I will publish PART of the book on one of my web pages and suggest (if you enjoy it) you email the publishers I have sent it to, requesting they publish it. HA!
I enjoy gardening of all types and hiking in my woods, when my knees and back will let me. I dabble in quilting, painting and jewelry making. I collect elephants, quilt patterns and books. My favorite books and movies include, To Kill A Mockingbird, Titanic, Steele Magnolias, Baby Boom, Silver Bullet, Something Wicked This Way Comes, Poltergeist 1 & 2, Twister, Jaws 1, Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men and many many more, especially the old ones. But my very favorite scary one is, What else? HALLOWEEN 1
I love my family dearly and they are my biggest concern, this includes my inlaws and extended families.
Now that I have moved I get NO TRICK OR TREATERS! THAT IS HARD TO TAKE.
At my old house in a subdivision I began each October decorating my yard for my favorite little people, I have been adding to the mess for about 30 years now. I am a legend of the neighborhood. As soon as a new kid moved in they get told about my famous Halloween tricks. A couple of them are so legendary that the kids telling the stories were not even born yet when it happened. I will share my secret with you one day . I am also famous for the best dog gone Halloween Chili and Egg Rolls you ever ate and will also share my secret recipes with you soon, on my recipes page.

I have received some really nasty comments over the years because a link does not work or because I have not finished part of a story. I do the very best I can. This web site is not FREE FOR ME! I pay yearly so I can have my web pages and my domain name AlicesHalloweenFun.com I am also keeping the original page that also has to be updated because many people have only that page saved in their favorites/bookmarks and several web sites have links to it. I don't want them to loose my web pages.
